Suvet Customer Mobile App

The app is designed for subscribers to the DeAgostini, Hachette and EMSE publisher collections. It allows you to track your outgoing shipments, easily pay, easily contact our customer service, and even place a new order.

Using the app

- you can track the status of your subscriptions, obtain information about your packages (content, posting date, payments, etc.);

- you can receive information about your next shipment (content, expected shipping date);

- you can reorder from the issues already published, from all the publications we manage;

- you can pay for shipments you have already received quickly and easily;

- you can check your data and indicate if it has been changed;

- you can choose PostaPoint if you don't order your packages to be delivered to your home.

Plus, within the app, customer service will send you regular updates on the most important news about your subscription.

To use the app, you need a Partner ID (a six-digit number starting with an odd number) and a PIN. You can find both in the top right corner of the letter in your subscription packages or you can request them from our customer service via email.
